Migration of inventory data
Robin Data ComplianceOS® is a powerful tool that is evolving rapidly. New functions can make previous isolated solutions in different compliance fields obsolete.
For this reason, Robin Data offers to migrate the inventory data of existing software products to ComplianceOS® in an IT-supported manner as far as possible.
We are constantly working on providing standardised migration concepts for frequently used standard solutions. For these and other solutions, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with an individual offer for data migration.
Configuration of your management system
The structure and implementation of your management system strongly depends on your organisational needs. As a rule, the set-up starts with an inventory: Based on a cross-check audit, the existing documentation is recorded and the implementation is evaluated. As a result, the contents are documented in ComplianceOS® and a management report is created.
Open issues are prioritised and summarised in an action plan. Key figures for evaluating the effectiveness of the implemented measures are jointly developed and processes for continuous improvement are defined.
