Robin Data ComplianceOS® is a software-as-a-service platform for the operational implementation of your compliance fields, e.g. data protection, information security, risk or asset management. What is Robin Data ComplianceOS®?
Robin Data ComplianceOS® is a software-as-a-service platform that is modular and web-based. With ComplianceOS® you manage all requirements in the area of compliance, data protection and information security. Numerous compliance fields and functions support you in managing, documenting and evaluating different company processes. At the same time, you work collaboratively with all stakeholders in a common system.
The term "Software-as-a-Service" (abbreviated as "SaaS") means that Robin Data provides the ComplianceOS® software for you. This means that ComplianceOS® does not have to be installed locally by you; you access this software web-based, i.e. via an Internet connection. You can therefore use the functions of the ComplianceOS® software from outside and purchase this access in the form of a licence.
Robin Data uses the term "SaaS" in conjunction with the term "platform" because ComplianceOS® is modular. This means that you only purchase the compliance fields (e.g. data protection, information security) that you need in your company. The compliance fields can be added to or reduced at a later date.
