For successful certification, the core processes, starting with the awarding of contracts, the successful implementation of products and services and quality assurance, must be regulated according to the most modern requirements. Furthermore, the definition and implementation of processes of management, planning, support and operation were included.<\/p>\n<p>In order to meet the international standards of the ISO 9001 norm, Robin Data put internal processes to the test.
