This is a law comprising almost 100 paragraphs for the protection of personal data within the EU.<\/p>\n<p>Bis zum Inkrafttreten der Verordnung galten in jedem EU-Land andere Datenschutz-Standards. Durch die Datenschutz-Grundverordnung wurde das Datenschutzrecht in der Europ\u00e4ischen Union vereinheitlicht.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  id=\"ziel-der-dsgvo\"  class='av_textblock_section av-km4ul7mk-10-b316600a5033150615c07e5024914626'   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h2>The aim of the <strong>General Data Protection Regulation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Die Datenschutz-Grundverordnung soll auf europ\u00e4ischer Ebene jeder nat\u00fcrlichen Person das Recht auf den Schutz ihrer pers\u00f6nlichen Daten gew\u00e4hrleisten. Dadurch sollen die B\u00fcrger die Hoheit \u00fcber ihre personenbezogenen Daten zur\u00fcckerhalten und selbst entscheiden k\u00f6nnen, was mit diesen passiert. Anders ausgedr\u00fcckt: Die Verarbeitung ist verboten, es sei denn, die Person willigt ein oder die Erlaubnis entsteht aus einem Gesetz wie der TMG.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00a0Earmarking<\/strong><br \/>\nDaten d\u00fcrfen nur f\u00fcr den Zweck verarbeitet werden, zu dem sie erhoben wurden. Der Zweck muss legitim sein, bei der Erhebung eindeutig festgelegt und der betroffenen Person mitgeteilt werden. Falsche Informationen m\u00fcssen unverz\u00fcglich gel\u00f6scht oder korrigiert werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Memory limitation<\/strong><br \/>\nDie Daten sind zu l\u00f6schen, wenn der Zweck, f\u00fcr den die Daten erhoben wurden, erreicht wurde.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Integrit\u00e4t \/ Vertraulichkeit<\/strong><br \/>\nDatenverarbeiter m\u00fcssen geeignete technische und organisatorische Ma\u00dfnahmen treffen, um die personenbezogenen Daten angemessen zu sch\u00fctzen.
