An diesen vier Standorten befinden sich insgesamt mehr als 50 Kliniken, Abteilungen und Institute. An allen Standorten werden personenbezogene Daten verarbeitet. Um den bestehenden gesetzlichen Dokumentations- und Rechenschaftspflichten gerecht zu werden, gibt es im Westpfalz-Klinikum ein Datenschutz-Management-System. Dieses beinhaltete bislang vor allem die Dokumentation mit Hilfe von Office-Dokumenten. Diese Form des Managements war aufgrund der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des Unternehmens komplex in der Umsetzung. Auf dieser Basis ist es nun m\u00f6glich, die internen Datenfl\u00fcsse zu modellieren. In einem weiteren Schritt wurden die bestehenden Verarbeitungst\u00e4tigkeiten gesichtet und mit den Robin Data Vorlagen abgeglichen. Durch die Gespr\u00e4che mit dem Beratungspartner konnten einige Impulse gesetzt und weitere Verarbeitungst\u00e4tigkeiten identifiziert sowie von Robin Data importiert werden. Zus\u00e4tzlich sind 2021 spezielle Verarbeitungst\u00e4tigkeiten rund um die Corona-Pandemie hinzugekommen, die durch Robin Data bereitgestellt wurden. Insgesamt wurden bisher mehr als 300 Verarbeitungst\u00e4tigkeiten identifiziert. Die Umsetzung der erforderlichen Datenschutz-Folgenabsch\u00e4tzungen ist ein laufender Prozess. Robin Data arbeitet nach einer \u00e4hnlichen Systematik wie das sogenannte \u201ePIA-Tool\u201c der franz\u00f6sischen Datenschutzbeh\u00f6rde. Der T\u00e4tigkeiten-Manager erm\u00f6glicht es, Aktivit\u00e4ten innerhalb von Vorg\u00e4ngen, zum Beispiel die Bearbeitung von zum Teil problematischen Einzelf\u00e4llen, chronologisch zu dokumentieren.
