Robin Data GmbH has its main business field in the provision of the Robin Data software, but the internal processes are still analogue. Especially the processes in B2B contact are a challenge in this process. The processes during the first contact at events, trade fairs or customer meetings have to be transferred into a digital form.

Introduction/transition of the existing QM to digital QM

Here, all processes of the company are analyzed and transferred to the digital software. All processes from document management, order processing, quotation preparation to invoicing and resubmission are to be transferred here.

Integration of the B2B process of the live customer conversation at events, trade fairs or first meeting with the customer

Here, the first consulting process at the customer is to be transferred to the existing Robin Data software/app and mapped in a compliant manner using the certified QMS.
