The "Mercedes Me" application is used by Mercedes customers to check vehicle data, control vehicle functions remotely or view contracts. Several customers were temporarily shown the data of other users. Only customers from the USA were affected. After the data leak became known, Mercedes reacted by temporarily switching off the application.
